 Erasmus Mundus INTACT - Events


The Coordinating Teams of the Erasmus Mundus (EM) STRoNG TiES Project (City University London, UK) & INTACT Project (Frederick University, Cyprus), have jointly organised a Workshop for the Doctorate Mobility Students, who are currently studying in Europe under the two projects. 
The event took place on the 12th and 13th March 2015 at the Holiday Inn Hotel in Nicosia, Cyprus, following the Selection Committee meetings of the EM LEADERS and EM INTACT projects.
The Institutional Representatives of EU and Asia partner Institutions and the EACEA contact persons of the concerned projects were also present and had the opportunity to attend the opening ceremony and meet with the students.

During the Workshop, all the students presented their mobility experiences at the Host Institutions, their research work and addressed their suggestions for improvements of such programmes.

The EACEA Representatives had the opportunity to meet individually all the participant students and discuss the problems encountered during the mobility and record their ideas and suggestions as valuable feedback for the design of similar projects in the future.

Posters of the mobility experiences at each Host Institution and the research work results were also presented during the Workshop by the students.

At the dinner of the Workshop a Cultural Program was organised by the students, were they were dressed with their traditional clothes and presented scenes and songs from their home countries.
