Eligibility Criteria for Regional Asia students

In order to be eligible, Asian bachelor master students, doctoral and post-doctoral candidates, referred as "Asian students",
  • must be a national of one of the Asian Countries covered by EMA2/S1 Lot11 regional lot.
  • must have sufficient knowledge of the language of the courses or of one of the languages currently spoken in the hosting countries.
 
For Target Group 1 (TGI):
Students need to be registered at one of the third-country HEIs within the partnership at the time of submitting their application to the partnership.
Bachelor mobility: the candidates must be registered at one of the Asian HEI within the partnership and have successfully completed at least one year of their studies at their home institution
Masters Mobility: the candidates must have obtained a first higher education degree or a recognized equivalent level of learning from an Asian HEI within the partnership in the academic year coinciding with the start of the project eligibility period.
Doctorate Mobility: the candidates must have obtained a second higher education degree or a recognized equivalent level of learning from an Asian HEI within the partnership in the same academic year coinciding with the start of the project eligibility period.
Post-Doctorate Mobility: the candidates must have obtained their doctorate in the last two years and must have the support of one of the Asian HEIs within the partnership. This can be for research, training and for attending highly specialized courses
 
For Target Group 2 (TGII):
Students need be registered in a HEI (not included in the partnership) of the third-country concerned by the lot.
For Bachelor mobility: the candidates must be currently registered in a bachelor course in a HEI within one of the Asian Partner Countries
For Masters Mobility: the candidates must be currently registered in a masters course in a HEI within one of the Asian Partner Countries; or to have obtained a university degree or equivalent from a HEI of these third-countries.
For Doctorate Mobility: the candidates must be currently registered in a doctoral programme in a HEI within one of the Asian Partner Countries (TGII). A local co-supervisor would be preferred to be assigned by Home HEI
For Post-Doctorate Mobility: the candidates must have the support of one HEI within one of the Asian Partner Countries (TGII), to carry out post-doctorate mobility. This can be for research, training and for attending highly specialized courses
 
For Target Group 3 (TGIII)
Students need to be nationals of one of the third-countries concerned by the lot and be part of the vulnerable target groups.
For Bachelor mobility: the candidates must be currently registered in a bachelor course in a HEI within one of the Asian Partner Countries
For Masters Mobility: the candidates must be currently registered in a masters course in a HEI within one of the Asian Partner Countries; or to have obtained a university degree or equivalent from a HEI of these third-countries.


Eligibility Criteria for European students
In order to be eligible, European bachelor, masters students, doctoral and post-doctoral candidates, referred to as "European students",
  • must be a national of an EU Member State
  • must have sufficient knowledge of the language of the courses or of one of the languages currently spoken in the hosting countries.
For Bachelor mobility the candidates:
  • must be currently registered in a Bachelor course in a HEI that is a member of the INTACT partnership, and
  • have completed at least the first year of studies at the Bachelor (First Cycle) level at the commencement of the mobility period.
For masters mobility the candidates:
  • must have obtained a first higher education degree or a recognized equivalent level of learning from a EU Higher Education Institution (HEI) within the partnership in the academic year coinciding with the start of the project eligibility period; or
  • must be currently registered in a masters (Second Cycle) course in a HEI that is a member of the partnership;
 For doctorate mobility the candidates:
  • must have obtained a second higher education degree or a recognized equivalent level of learning from the EU HEI within the partnership in the academic year coinciding with the start of the project eligibility period; or
  • must be currently registered in a doctoral (Third Cycle) programme in a HEI within the partnership; A local co-supervisor would be preferred to be assigned by Home HEI
For post-doctorate mobility the candidates:
  • must have obtained their doctorate in the last two years and
  • must have the support of one of the EU HEIs within the partnership to carry out post-doctorate mobility. This can be for research, training and attending highly specialized courses;
